  My son and I are active disciples at Victory & Dominion World Outreach Center Our growth there has superseded our expectations. I feel alive again. The soulish expression of the Biblical teachings meets you where you and set you free in your spirit and in your mind. The fruits of this ministry are , unselfish love, family orientation, healing, growth, and deliverance. I am now happily married to an awesome man of God. I have recorded 3 CD’s; I serve as a volunteer Chaplain and our local hospital and jails. I'm a place called Victory where it's an honor to serve and glorify God through my service in ministry. Apostle Sheppard exemplifies so much humility in his service towards others and he's patient, real and non-judgmental. I would recommend this ministry to anyone who acknowledges their need for a spiritual bypass. I can assure If you've ever been hurt in any areas of your life especially a church please know that "You Can Live and Love Again"!
